Position Overview

We are a fast-paced and growing company with a high-volume distribution operation. With over 6,000 pallets in one facility, our team prides itself on maintaining top-level accuracy and efficiency. We’re looking for a driven Inventory Control Lead who thrives on problem-solving and ensuring our inventory is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible. The Inventory Control Lead will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy across all warehouse operations.

This individual must bring strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to logically analyze and resolve discrepancies. Our goal is 99%+ accuracy—because in our world, being able to find one writing pen in a massive warehouse matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily inventory control operations within the warehouse.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across 6,000+ pallet locations.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Partner with operations and warehouse teams to improve processes and prevent errors.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track, audit, and adjust inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff to support inventory accuracy goals.
  • Generate and review cycle count reports and adjust as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations (lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to “chase down” discrepancies and find root causes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to lead a critical function within a dynamic team.
  • Growth and career advancement potential.
