MAC General Contractors is hiring a proactive and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing office operations in Columbus, IN. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to company leadership and project teams
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle office correspondence
  • Maintain digital and paper filing systems for easy access and recordkeeping
  • Perform data entry, create reports, and track information using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with light bookkeeping duties, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations
  • Anticipate team needs and take proactive steps to support office efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all tasks
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting processes is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
  • $20 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
  • Part‑Time:
