Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) earn a competitive wage of $29,000-$34,500/year plus commission, and enjoy a typical full-time schedule working 8am-5pm. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)

As a full-time Customer Service Rep, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer care to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us! Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met.

You clearly explain our HVAC and plumbing products to new and existing clients ensuring that they are well taken care of and feel comfortable in their product solutions. In an effort to keep our records up to date, you document every customer interaction. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!

Qualifications Of a Customer Service Rep (csr)

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Can pass a background check and drug screening
