All About On-DemandAs an On-Demand Team Member (TM), you can work as many or as few hours as you like. You pick up shifts through the myTime mobile scheduling app, respond to shift alerts, and maintain reliable attendance. You must work at least one shift within five months to avoid administrative termination and meet the minimum commitment of four hours per shift.
All About Service & EngagementAdvocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness. They help shoppers at the checkout, guest services desk, gift registry, pick‑up, and drive‑up while ensuring exceptional quality.

- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store and your area to solve guest issues.

- Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
- Inform guests of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
- Use Target Loyalty programs to enroll and sign‑up guests, and explain how to use Wallet and app features.
- Attempt every return and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders when needed to solve for the guest while following Target policies.
- Partner with leaders to de‑escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
- Deliver easy and accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive‑Up, and Registry guests.
- Maintain a clean, clutter‑free work area and gather abandoned items, baskets, and hangers.
- Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for the guest.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance with all policies and training.
- Support cash office processes including management of cash systems.
- Perform all other duties based on business needs.
- You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests and team members.
- You thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active, physically demanding role that requires teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving.
- You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, and shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
