Reception Center Agent This entry level position is perfect for anyone interested in developing lifelong skills in customer service, professionalism, critical thinking and problem solving. In doing so, they will create a strong foundation if interested in a career in Automotive Sales or Service.
The Columbus Auto Group Reception Center Agent has many important responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Answer inbound calls for all dealerships in the group
- Connect callers to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide detailed messages for missed calls
- Schedule all service appointment requests
- Confirm next day Service Appointments
- Respond to OnStar alerts by contacting customers regarding the maintenance suggested, and scheduling the service appointment.
- Service Reminders for newly purchased customers to schedule and return for their first maintenance.
