Family Medicine Physician
- Base salary $235k-$250k + Bonus Potential...up to $330k with RVU bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more
- 401K Retirement Plan (3% after 90 days)
- STD/LTD/Life Insurance Employer Paid
- Over 5 weeks of time off per year
- $3,500 for CME
- $25,000 sign on bonus

- Student loan forgiveness.$25,000 per year for 3 years through Health Service Corp
Family Medicine Physician
- Position is open due to a retiring physician
- 4 Day workweek
- 17-22 patients per day but can be more if desired
- Joining a team of 4 (1 NP, 1 FM, 1 Peds, and 1 Behavioral)
- Weekday call 1:12, weekend call once every 3 months...call is very light on call days
- Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome
- Teaching opportunity if desired (extra income). Medical students, residents, NP/PA academic options.

Located only 20 minutes from Indianapolis and 40 minutes from Columbus, Trafalgar offers a safe, rural town but still close to a booming population center.
