Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of the Improvement Coordinator & Key user, in the context of the deployment of the Faurecia Excellence System, is to drive the implementation of Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) tools and methodologies within a plant. The main missions of the role are:

  • Ensure plant implementation of PC&L methods and tools
  • Provide plant with PC&L standards, Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA), Milk run, and leveling, etc.
  • Define PC&L deployment objectives relating to improvements and digitalization, on a semi-annual basis and build up and ensure results of action plan in cooperation with the plant and division PC&L managers
  • Communicate Improvement initiatives
  • Train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L manager
  • Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions
  • Identify and implement best practices
  • Ensure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used
  • Accountable for accuracy of the FCS Master Data and ensuring transactional data is accurate and loaded correctly into FCS within the department
  • Responsible for communicating to FCS Support when needed
  • Review, communicate, and elevate when necessary, the Plant Operational Dashboard and ERP-Usage-Indicator metrics
  • User-Readiness;
    First line contact for training of new employees or refreshers of existing staff
  • Work in new FCS launch teams as necessary during new site launches or new module projects
Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business

Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics
  • Experience in production in an industrial environment is preferred
  • Experience in analytical data or analysis
  • Experience with an MRP/ERP system
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and SAP business applications including SAP Application components
  • Autonomous and out-of-box thinking, be proactive with process flows in a fast-paced environment
