Position: Sr. Analyst - Revenue Growth Management

We’re seeking a collaborative, data-savvy professional with strong financial acumen to drive revenue growth strategies across our U.S. business.

Your mission

As the Sr. Analyst - Revenue Growth Management (RGM) for the U.S. market at Dorel Juvenile, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade strategies. This role will work closely with the CFO and involves leading the evaluation of commercial levers, building strategic tools, and supporting the cross-functional deployment of RGM principles across the organization.

responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve pricing, assortment, promotional effectiveness, and trade terms within the U.S. market.
  • Develop and implement tools and dashboards for pricing and promotional analysis.
  • Analyze U.S. market trends, retailer strategies, and shopper behaviors to guide commercial decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to embed RGM into business planning.
  • Support capability‑building across teams by promoting adoption of RGM tools and principles.
  • Design customer‑segmented pricing strategies and evaluate pack‑price architecture.
  • Monitor and optimize promotional ROI and support trade investment analysis.
Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Finance, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Strong understanding of RGM fundamentals, including pricing mechanics and trade promotion structures.
  • Proven analytical ability with experience using internal and syndicated market data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).
  • Financial acumen, including commercial P&L understanding and margin waterfall analysis.
  • Experience building and deploying analytical tools and reports to commercial stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
