The Wealth Advisor serves as the primary point of contact with the Wealth client, maintaining existing relationships and developing new ones. The role focuses on creating goal‑based investment management strategies and financial plans tailored to each client’s financial and family situation.

• Act as client’s primary point of contact.
• Deliver on client service standards to maximize satisfaction and drive retention and acquisition.
• Generate sales leads through cross‑function collaboration, centers of influence, and personal contacts.
• Gather personal data and information on financial situation, goals, objectives, and risk to develop a comprehensive client perspective.
• Select and implement FFB asset allocation strategies that align with client goals and risk tolerances.
• Coordinate unique portfolio requirements or client situations with the FFB Investment Committee.
• Deliver annual investment reviews and communicate updates to portfolios and prospects.
• Use financial planning to drive client retention and acquisition.
• Serve on the FFB Investment Committee as client advocate and strategy consultant.
• Complete regulator investment review requirements and adhere to compliance guidelines.

• Five (5) years of successful investment and/or portfolio management experience.
• Experience working with clients’ investment management and financial planning needs of medium complexity.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with clients.
• Knowledge of investment solutions, risk management, asset allocation, and program design.
• Demonstrated use of financial planning software.
• Business development experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate investment options effectively.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• CFA/CFP designation is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and industry practices.

The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, OFAC, and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements.
