Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Overview

Physical Therapist Hourly - Outpatient at PT Solutions Physical Therapy. This is a part-time position located at Nexus Park Clinic, 2100 25th St Suite K, Columbus, IN 47201.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (approximately 10–12 patients/day)

• Base compensation: $35.00 - $47.00/hour (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
