• Paid Training – training to feel confident and excel in ABA therapy, with additional training as you progress.

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized therapy plans.
• Apply creativity in therapy using play‑based and naturalistic techniques.
• Guide children’s progress toward educational and social milestones.
• Document and track development meticulously.
• Embody core values of compassion, trustworthiness, courage, and commitment.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Physical ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs, run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend, and maintain full range of motion; ability to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required at hire.

$18.00–$21.00 per hour
