This position requires an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist or applicant must have the necessary qualifications to earn license. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs. Applicants without licensure will not be considered.

HTS is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional care to home health patients in Columbus, Indiana, and the surrounding areas. In this position, the SLP will provide therapy services to residents in their individual homes or onsite at our partner senior living facility. • Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to support ongoing health and wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, caregivers, and facility staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.
