Position: SAP Senior Project Manager - Integrated Operations Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the program management team, helping to discover and define the problem statement. You will be involved in building project roadmaps for SAP programs, organizing assessments, due diligences, transformation workshops, and partnering with clients using a rapid deployment approach. Your goal is to support knowledge transfer and deliver value-adding technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients globally.
Basic
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.Minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology.Location:
Columbus, IN; willingness to travel 100% and/or relocate.Authorization to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship provided.Preferred Qualifications
Over 11 years of experience in Project Management and IT operations (Applications and Infrastructure), including SAP and non-SAP.Extensive experience in project scoping, estimation, and scheduling.Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM, Dev Ops, and architectural frameworks.Experience managing large teams across multiple applications, including SAP.Proven ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain KPIs and SLAs.Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives in AMS operations.Experience setting up command centers for IT and business monitoring.Proficiency in generating reports on service delivery and identifying improvement opportunities.Knowledge of contract management and scope change management.Experience managing transitions for new applications, support, and vendor transitions.Ability to provide project execution, planning, designing, and maintaining IT solutions.Experience managing large application maintenance engagements and teams of 50-60 members.Skills in error reduction, defect prevention, and mentoring teams during escalations.Ability to prioritize work, coordinate resources, and streamline support processes.Experience with Dev Ops and Agile methodologies; SCRUM certification is a plus.Ability to manage project financials and create tracking and reporting mechanisms.Additional Information
