Our portfolio includes medical foods, toddler formulas and cereals, protein powders, meal replacements, hydration drinks, hot cocoas, coffees, and instant teas. Our team formulates, processes, and packages beverage powders into consumer‑ready packaging.
Position SummaryThe Supply Chain Engineer plays a critical role in the supply chain organization by logically solving complex and dynamic problems, understanding interdependencies, owning the procurement process, driving purchasing excellence, working within ambiguity, and ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials and ingredients to meet customer commitments. This individual implements tools and management systems, leads strategic planning, vendor management, and inventory optimization, aligning with operational, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.
The role reports to the CFO and collaborates closely with Executive Leadership, Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Success is measured by delivering materials On Time and In Full, preventing inventory disruptions, and supporting the company’s growth through reliable sourcing, improved vendor performance, and cost management.
- Logically solve complex supply‑chain problems and identify interdependencies.
- Own the procurement process and drive purchasing excellence.
- Implement tools and management systems for supply‑chain operations.
- Lead strategic planning, vendor management, and inventory optimization.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and ingredients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, QA, Sales, etc.).
- Measure and report on material delivery (On Time, In Full) and inventory health.
- Recent engineering graduate or experienced supply‑chain leader seeking to grow into a senior role.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with procurement, vendor management, and inventory optimization.
- Understanding of manufacturing, quality, and customer‑supply relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
Title: Supply Chain Lead

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
Language Requirement: English (fluent);
