- Tracking completion of program requirements such as assessments, certificates, and release forms.
- Distributing digital badges and certificates through credentialing platforms.
- Drafting and sending clear participant and manager communications, including reminders, deadlines, and travel guidance.
- Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from participants, mentors, and people managers.

- Capturing meeting notes, action items, and follow‑ups to ensure accountability.
- Maintaining detailed trackers and dashboards related to participation, costs, and program progression.
- Coordinating with finance and learning partners on cost codes, tuition tracking, and travel limits.
- Preparing materials for leadership updates, program kickoffs, and cohort feedback reviews.
- Sharing regular observations and recommendations with leadership to improve program operations.
- Collecting informal feedback from participants on their experience and areas of confusion.
- Identifying recurring questions or friction points related to tools, resources, or processes.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Five to seven years of experience in program management, learning operations, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal judgment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow‑through, and risk awareness.
- Ability to prioritize participant and program needs with a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
- Comfort managing multiple programs and competing priorities independently.
- Experience supporting technical, cross‑cultural, or executive‑facing audiences.
- Knowledge of curriculum design, training delivery, and measurement of learning effectiveness.
- Familiarity with business and management principles such as planning, resource allocation, and workforce development.
- Experience coordinating across time zones, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools including document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, and shared work spaces.
