Talent Acquisition Manager

The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is onsite and candidates must be local to either Columbus, IN or Indianapolis, IN
. Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay: $45-50/hr
• 1-year assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and budget.
• This position will be responsible for leading Global Talent Acquisition initiatives, managing external sourcing and diversity vendors, and ensuring alignment with hiring goals, including tracking, and driving performance against SLAs, KPIs, and ROI metrics.
• This position will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders, and implementing process improvements across regions, while ensuring programs meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.
• This position will be responsible for analyzing partnership and vendor performance metrics, conducting QBRs, and providing actionable insights to optimize external sourcing effectiveness and ROI.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in global talent acquisition strategy and vendor management
• Experience with external sourcing or diversity hiring initiatives
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance dashboards
• Large corporate experience preferred
