WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Reporting team activity and progress through visual management (weak point management, pareto charts, TPS tools, graphs).
- Managing general practices for the third maintenance team, including lock out/tag out, 5S, and hazard management.
- Coordinating daily activities and generating/assigning PMs to associates.
- Handling trouble calls for machine downtime to ensure quality repairs.
- Completing work orders within targets, ensuring no work order is older than 25 days.
- Coordinating parts and supplies for daily activities.
- Retesting equipment with associates and leadership to verify quality and performance.
- Cross-shift repair coordination to prevent production interruptions.
- Assisting in the development of associates’ skills and behaviors.
- Managing projects to achieve improvement goals.
- Promoting kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
- Fostering teamwork through excellent communication and respect.
- Monitoring downtime countermeasures, work orders, and project schedules.
- Escalating critical equipment issues promptly.
- Working unscheduled overtime as needed to meet production goals.
- Maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 6 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.

This is an in-person role at our Columbus, Indiana office, ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly wage: $33 - $46 per hour + OT. Compensation depends on education and experience.
