Repack materials/products ensuring no damage. If damaged, fill out a QA HOLD tag correctly and notify the Team Leader or Supervisor. Transfer tags and labels to new containers. Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners.

• Responsible for 5S
• Pull loads in staging lanes
• Transfer product outside shipping area
• Order parts from the Diafuku racking system
• Unload dunnage from trucks
• Load trucks per customer requirements
• Verify bar codes, labels, and quantities
• Cover dock areas during breaks/lunch if needed
• Be versatile to be trained in other job assignments during vacations/OA days
• Perform duties assigned by team leader or supervisor

Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Abilities:

• 6 months experience in manufacturing
• Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred
• Self-starter with ability to multitask
• Organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma

• Lift up to 70 pounds regularly, 80 pounds occasionally
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform repetitive motions
• Use hands and fingers for manual tasks
• Good vision and attention to detail
• Maintain physical stamina
• Good balance and mobility
• Work in various environmental conditions
