Job Description

Summary:

The Production Trainer trains assembly and production workers at the workstations. The Production Trainer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.

• Participates in training of all team members, ensures all products produced meets Safety / Quality standards
• Audit lines to verify Work Instructions are being followed, practices safe work habits and follows all safety procedures
• Fills in as needed for production line assignments, works overtime as needed

• Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values; consistently at work and on time.
• Take responsibility for subordinates' activities
• Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
• Bi-lingual skills
• Must not have any disciplinary action or attendance, safety, or quality write-ups in the last six months.
