Job Summary: Performs skilled non production activities independently which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.

Education, Licenses,

Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience: Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Qualifications:

The Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Technician is responsible for maintaining AGV system in running condition, first level of troubleshooting, and reporting of AGV systems issues within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures reliable operation of AGVs used for material handling, supports system upgrades, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime and efficiency by highlighting potential for improvement and daily issues faced by the system.

AGV Systems includes AGVs, Charging stations, 3‑axis, Fleet Manager, Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Monitor AGV system performance and respond promptly to downtime events.
