• Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• We are seeking a dedicated HCM Registered Nurse to provide daily oversight of our Occupational Health Clinic and deliver clinical support as needed. The HCM RN will ensure the clinic operates efficiently, maintains high-quality care, and supports employee health initiatives. This role combines clinical expertise with administrative oversight to maintain compliance and optimize clinic operations.

• Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocate time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitor patient flow, utilization and penetration
• Identify process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, and conduct root cause analysis
• Serve as infection control lead, collaborate on quality initiatives and maintain compliance with regulations
• Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives
• Complete incident reports and assist with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN‑S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2‑3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices
