Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility located in Columbus, Indiana. Willow Crossing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Scheduling Coordinator to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role: Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to:

• Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff.
• Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained.
• Replace staff call-ins and call-offs.
• Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll department.
• Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas.
• Nursing floor duties as allowed.

About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

• Qualified Medical Aide (QMA) or LPN in the state of Indiana.
