The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility in Columbus, Indiana, seeks compassionate Qualified Medication Aides to provide exceptional care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

• Prepare and administer oral medications safely and document regularly prescribed drugs.
• Administer oral PRN drugs when authorized by a licensed nurse.
• Injectable medications must always be given by a licensed nurse.
• Telephone or verbal orders may never be accepted by a QMA.
• Take and record appropriate vital signs before administering certain medications.

• Certified Qualified Medication Aide in the State of Indiana.
• State‑approved training program in medication administration completed.
• Current health certificate/examination as required by state agencies.
• Perform only duties taught in the approved training program.
