CCU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Nights

Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
to lead in the Critical Care Unit during the night shift.

Join our elite night team at SE Indiana Respiratory & Critical Care. We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a high-autonomy, solo overnight ICU management role. In this position, you will own 100% of nocturnal procedures and lead rapid response teams while enjoying the security of immediate phone support from an on-call physician.

This role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.

• Unmatched Autonomy: Serve as the sole overnight clinical leader managing ICU patients independently.

• Emergency Leadership: Lead the hospital's rapid response and code teams during the night shift.

• Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current Indiana licensure (or eligibility). ACNP certification is preferred.

  Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in an ICU, critical care, cardiology, or high-acuity inpatient setting.
