Associate Veterinarian – Columbus, Georgia

A well-established small‑animal practice is seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join its collaborative clinical team. This role offers a supportive environment, a varied medical and surgical caseload, and strong opportunities for professional development. The incoming doctor will work alongside experienced peers, contribute to a positive practice culture, and help deliver high‑quality care to pets and the people who love them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and thorough medical care across a range of routine and advanced cases
  • Communicate effectively with clients to support informed, trust‑based care decisions
  • Collaborate with veterinary professionals and support staff to maintain a cohesive team environment
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of medical standards and patient care processes
  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best practices in safety and compliance
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA‑accredited program (or equivalent international certification)
  • Active state veterinary license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and advancement within the profession
