Job SummaryResponsible for conducting internal audits (QMS, manufacturing process audits, product audits) within the organization. Plan and lead trainings, root cause analysis, and resolution of non‑conformances. Demonstrate technical understanding of manufacturing processes, risk analysis, and control plans. Assist with PQC, management review presentations, and other QMS‑related activities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of internal changes and external standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AIAG core tools, CSR) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Perform audits using a process‑based approach and risk‑based thinking, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Gather and analyze audit data, producing insightful reports that drive decision‑making and corrective actions.
- Initiate, approve, and monitor corrective actions for audit findings, ensuring timely resolution.
- Own and maintain the audit plan/schedule and records for ISO/IATF internal audits and manufacturing process audits.
- Plan, perform, and lead various QMS audits (quality management system, manufacturing process, product) per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, issuing OFIs and non‑conformances as needed.
- Participate in training and support the implementation of AIAG Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
- Lead root cause analysis (3P5Y) for corrective actions, training stakeholders for robust problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
- Build effective teams, foster collaboration and mutual respect.
- Collaborate and build partnerships to meet shared objectives.
- Communicate effectively across audiences.
- Customer focus: build strong relationships and put customer at center of decision‑making.

- Quality systems management: apply quality tools and processes to ensure effective QMS implementation.

- Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
- Internal Auditor training (IATF 16949 + ISO 9001).
- Six Sigma Green Belt training and willingness to pursue certification.
- AIAG core tools training (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA).
- Position may require licensing for export control compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to perform process‑based and risk‑based audits.
- Initiated, approved, and monitored corrective actions associated with audit findings.
- Planned, performed, and led different QMS audits per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Performed training on AIAG core tools.
- Performed product audits per applicable CSRs.
- Led 3P‑5
Whys root cause analyses. - Provided support to documentation of key processes per business quality manual.
- Demonstrated understanding of risk analyses (FMEA and control plan) during manufacturing process audits.
- Proficient with QMS tools such as QSi, CQMS.
- Performed CQMS admin training when needed.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, verify evidence of effectiveness, ensure meaningful corrective actions.
- Hands‑on attitude, audit‑ready every day.
- Proficient in core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, control plan development.
- Strong attention to detail, action‑driven, ownership mentality.
- Support new product introduction and process change management by validating documentation alignment and integrating lessons learned into the QMS.
- Experience interpreting and implementing customer‑specific requirements.
- Experience using digital QMS or document control systems to maintain traceability and readiness.
