Quality Control Inspector – 2nd Shift

Pay: $18.00 hourly (Direct Hire)

• $18.00 /hour
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00 pm to 11:30 pm)

Support auditing compliance to Crescent QMS to ensure Quality Programs and Systems are intact and meet Regulatory and Customer requirements. Support all applicable internal & external (third party, customer and regulatory) Quality audits and visits. Measure, monitor and report Quality KPIs (Process Accuracy). Participate as an active member of the Project Start Up Team to ensure Quality considerations and Design Quality have been implemented prior to new project start.

Support any new production specifications and requirements and train staff to ensure top quality (in specification) production and QA inspection. Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities driving Quality CI initiatives. Perform batch record review and batch release as required.

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to use a computer or tablet
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications
• Regulatory cGMP manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Experience with ERP/MRP Systems (preferred)

Support applicable cGMP & Customer compliant Operations;
Help prevent cGMP or customer specification deviations from occurring.
