Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure customer return visits. We accomplish this by treating customers and employees fairly, promoting an inclusive work environment, being a responsible member of the community, and providing the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing. • Conduct yourself professionally, displaying a positive attitude and speaking highly of the company in front of customers and employees.
• Respond to customer questions and requests courteously and helpfully.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to shrink guidelines.
• Unload trucks (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, etc.).
• Remove merchandise from pallets and sort into groups according to store area.
• Load merchandise onto carts and place on designated shelves, either in the back room or on the sales floor for proper display.
• Read shelf and merchandise codes.
• Manually attach price labels to each item.
• Remove merchandise from the back room for stocking and build special sales displays.
• Operate a manual pallet‑jack, powered pallet stacker, or straddle stacker (if over 18 years of age).
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Previous comparable experience.
