• Ensure high‑quality products are available for members
• Maintain clean shelves, proper temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality items
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in appropriate containers and displays
• Keep the area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready
• Follow safety standards, forklift spotting, and hazardous material procedures
• Handle claims, returns, and pricing; conduct audits and maintain documentation
• Provide member service by assisting with product location, purchasing decisions, and resolving concerns
• Comply with food handling and cold chain policies; sanitize equipment and monitor equipment operation
