The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding relationships with Elwood Professional’s internal and external clients. This person will work with sellers, branches, current, and past clients to generate new orders and bring in additional business.

• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial type who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Always maintain a Superior Customer Service mindset with both internal and external clients.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

In addition to base pay, the following incentive plan is provided to internal employees. Eligibility and plan will be discussed during interview.
