This position is responsible for the snow and ice maintenance of Engledow clients' commercial properties. This includes working with a team to complete the necessary tasks. Position includes but is not limited to:
Plowing, shoveling, blowing, salting, equipment operating. Engledow Group standardized levels of quality are to be met at each client location.

• Plow, hand shovel and salt properties at Engledow level of quality
• Understand the needs of each respective client
• Be creative in accomplishing the work quickly, safely and accurately
• Complete all necessary paperwork for payroll
• Communicate with Account Manager regarding issues at properties
• Maintain Engledow safety standards at all times

• Must have a strong interest and desire to work with outside in the elements
• Requires the ability to communicate well in both written and verbal formats with individuals in various management levels and of diverse backgrounds
• Must be service oriented to meet/exceed customers’ needs
• Must have the ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work in a group in an efficient and organized manner
• Must have strong physical endurance as the position is very labor intensive

• This position is on-call 24/7 and 100% dependent on snow fall or icing/freezing temperatures
• Must be able to commit to at least a 75% show up rate
• The hours are unpredictable and the number of hours provided are also unpredictable and not guaranteed
