If you have experience in the restoration industry, mitigation, remediation, construction, building maintenance, residential or commercial cleaning, or like to work with your hands, this is the opportunity for you.

• Respond to residential and commercial properties affected by water damage or fire damage.
• Water extraction, light demolition, use of hand tools and power tools.
• Structural cleaning of commercial and residential properties.
• Inventory and pack personal property.
• Develop knowledge of structural drying techniques and become knowledgeable in the operation of specialized equipment on job‑sites.
• Gain working knowledge of the assessment and inspection process.
• Follow all safety practices at facility and job‑site.
• Follow the direction of the on‑site supervisor and complete tasks with little or no supervision.
• Aid in the general care and maintenance of all equipment and vehicles.
• Develop an understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Professional appearance, friendly, cooperative, and great attitude.
• A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
• Dependability.
• Experience in fire restoration, water restoration, and/or IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for all shifts.
• Able to work in all climates, including extreme heat and cold.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, On Call, Overtime
• Location: Columbus, IN (Preferred)
• License: Driver’s License (Required)
