About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the powerhouse behind expanding Celerity Fiber’s footprint across MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) communities. You’ll own the entire sales cycle — from identifying prospects to sealing high-value deals — all while building strong, lasting relationships with property developers and managers.

What You’ll DoSales and Revenue Growth
- Exceed sales targets by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the MDU space.
- Develop tailored sales strategies that unlock revenue potential across assigned territories.
- Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce) and ensure rigorous follow-up and conversion.
- Cross-sell and upsell services to maximize client value.
Client Relationship Building
- Build and nurture relationships with property developers, property managers, and decision-makers.
- Deliver consultative, ROI-driven presentations for our Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion and Prospecting
- Identify and prioritize high-growth markets and new business opportunities.
- Represent Celerity Fiber at industry events, networking opportunities, and key client meetings.
- Stay sharp on competitive trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
Performance and Reporting
- Track and report performance against KPIs, using insights to continuously improve sales tactics.
- Partner with the sales leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.
- Proactively troubleshoot sales challenges and find creative solutions to close deals faster.
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in Telecommunications or MDU environments (Fiber experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Preferred
- Familiarity with FTTP (Fiber-to-the-Premises) technology.
- Existing relationships within the MDU sector.
- Experience presenting complex technology solutions to executive-level decision-makers.
