Aluminum Dynamics

• Scaling trucks in and out in a timely manner
• Process paperwork and data entry
• Print and organize receiving documents
• Communicate with personnel regarding truck loading/unloading to help streamline the process
• Problem solving and decision making
• Assist with administrative duties
• Monitoring scale cameras
• Work closely with other members in the receiving departments and material handling on a daily basis
• Assist suppliers and trucking companies by communicating issues
• Scan, email and photocopy documents as required

• Safety Oriented
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong willingness to learn
• Shift work required with Willingness to work scheduled and non-scheduled overtime
• Pleasant demeanor and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to learn new computer software
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Adaptable in different work environments

• Efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of the steel making process and mill layout
• Previous scale house experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
