* Following direction and working as part of a team and alone on different tasks.
* Apply the basic techniques and procedures of electrical installation.
* Read and follow detailed plans, diagrams and different standards in the fabrication of wire harnesses and electrical components.
* Lay-in route wires on form board, tying, lacing, and apply appropriate anti-chaff protection.
* Install solder shields, splices, daisy chains and different electronic components such as resistors, capacitors and diodes etc...
* Soldering of connectors, contacts and components.
* Completing forms and records pertaining to completion of assigned work.
* Instruct and mentor less experience technicians in tasks.
* Troubleshoot and rework discrepancies and faults.

* Basic computer skills
* Read, interpret, and follow written technical data.
* Familiarity with common aviation type tooling
