Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Lead Aircraft Technician to join our H125 FAL team based in Columbus, MS. You will be part of the team to lead assigned sections and performs assigned work in support of the aircraft production line. This position is responsible for the execution of all activity within assigned area. Delegates and performs inspection of delegated work.
Drives work performance of the technicians in the assigned area to ensure schedule and hour’s goals are met. Raises issues and communicates/works to resolve daily challenges with all other departments.

Assist with planning and prioritize the workload of the assigned section to ensure on time delivery of aircraft according with the delivery schedules. Assess schedule dates taking into account parts, technician availability and collaborate with the supervisor accordingly. Control, assign workforce and monitor workflow according to schedules. Assist supervisor in drum beating the section activity in order to reach (OTD) On Time Delivery.
Provide Technical Expertise and Recommendations in support of all aircraft installations. Perform electrical and mechanical aircraft work. Inspect completed electrical and mechanical work. Use and interpret various forms of Aircraft Documentation in order to complete electrical work.
Minimum eight (8) years of rotary aircraft experience, with two(2) of the eight (8) as a senior technician or equivalent Helicopter maintenance experience Assesses aircraft status and prioritize people to meet schedule. Evaluates lower level technician capabilities.…
