We’re looking for an accomplished Aerospace Engineering Leader to lead engineering operations within a growing, highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.
This is an opportunity to have direct impact on engineering strategy, NPI, manufacturing readiness, production execution, and organizational growth.
What You’ll Lead- Manufacturing & Production Engineering
- Design & Manufacturing Engineering
- Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Multidisciplinary Engineering Teams
- 12+ years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong design + manufacturing engineering background
- Experience with NPI, tooling, production readiness, and engineering change management
- Experience in an AS9100-regulated environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Program Management
- Hands-on, operational leadership style with strong business judgment
