D&L LLC is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Columbus, MS

Responsibilities- Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and determine the best repair solution
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Work on equipment such as RTUs, air handlers, package units, split systems, pumps, chillers, boilers, and related HVAC systems
- Communicate with customers and provide professional, service-focused support
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and required paperwork
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment
- Work independently while also supporting the D&L service team when needed
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments
- Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment
- Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units
- Experience following HVAC service safety standards
- Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls
- EPA Universal License
- $25-$40/hour, based on experience and qualifications
