- Conduct fitness consultations and assessments.
- Develop individualized programs that ensure client safety and enhance personal fitness goals.
- Assist, monitor, and instruct clients to ensure safe and effective use of gym equipment and weight machines.
- Help motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Physically capable of assisting clients in fitness activities, including bending, pulling, stretching, straining, kneeling, gripping, and frequent lifting of weights.
- Personal Training certification: ACE, ACSM, or AFAA.
