Full specialty and surgical support within hospital system - Support Staff: 1 FT ENT, 1 PT ENT, weekend ENT call coverage, 1 FT NP, 2 RN, 4 LPN, 1 PRN PA (surgical assist)

Required:
Active NE license or eligibility to obtain - Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, DEA - Experience:
Open to new graduates and experienced providers
- Provide comprehensive ENT care including evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical treatment
- Manage patient consultations and follow-up visits in clinic
- Perform ENT surgeries with use of Tru Di Sinus Navigation and Olympus Endoscopy Tower
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR COMMUNITY & LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
