- December 15 (7am) - December 19 (7am)
- December 22 (5pm) - December 25 (7am)
- December 29 (7am) - December 31 (7am)
- January 5 (7am) - January 16 (7am)
- January 19 (5pm) - January 23 (7am)
- February 2 (5pm) - February 5 (7am)
- February 16 (5pm) - February 20 (7am) Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Clean NPDB history required Compensation
