Director of Teaching and Learning, 12‑Month. Develop and oversee both day‑to‑day and long‑range operations of all programs and services associated with student learning. The five major components are:
Curriculum Development, Curriculum Implementation, Instruction Assessment and Program Evaluation, Learning Interventions, NDE/DAC contract, and ESSA Programs. Developing, coordinating, and participating in a district professional development plan to support staff and support the strategic plan is an essential function of the position. The position is responsible for the District's instructional coaches and program coordinators. A strong understanding of data collection and analysis as it relates to student achievement is preferred.
