The High School Assistant Principal will oversee student discipline and behavioral interventions, conducting thorough investigations and implementing restorative practices to foster a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all students. This role includes managing daily operational functions such as monitoring student attendance, supervising common areas and building activities. The Assistant Principal will conduct regular classroom observations, participate in teacher evaluations, and facilitate professional development opportunities that enhance teaching practices and student achievement.

The position requires collaboration with department chairs and teaching staff to strengthen curriculum delivery and support innovative instructional strategies aligned with district goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, exercise sound judgment in decision-making, and possess the ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, families, and stakeholders while upholding district policies and promoting educational excellence.
