Job Summary:Join our compassionate team at Emerald Nursing and Rehab Columbus, where we proudly offer the highest level of rehabilitation and skilled nursing in a post-acute setting. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of the Charge Nurse or designated supervisor
- Monitor and record vital signs, medications, and treatments as required
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or designated supervisor
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of medications, treatments, and resident care
- Currently certified as a Medication Aide and Nurse Aide in the state of Nebraska
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
