Education- High School diploma/GED preferred
- In lieu of High School diploma/GED, three years manufacturing experience is required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous experience with MES preferred
- Previous experience with precision measuring instruments preferred
- Previous mechanical experience preferred
- Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, which includes product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements and clean room area and equipment cleaning/sanitizing
- Perform visual inspections
- Perform troubleshooting of equipment
- Perform changeovers, line clearance and cleaning
- Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment
- Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks
- Perform rework
- Cross train where needed within the department to support the business
- Maintain all quality and GMP standards
- Perform needed SAP data entries
- May require the use of 10x microscope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges
- Participate on blitz teams as assigned
- Achieving established production goals
- Ensuring the quality of all products produced
- Performing quality checks as designated
- Ability to function as part of a team
- Processing SAP and MES transactions for department
- Assisting in the BDA process to identify root causes
- Maintain compliance with all required document training
- Operate lines in a safe and efficient manner
- Drive department results by reducing downtime and completing tasks in an efficient manner
- Maximize efficient time usage in the department
- Ensure assigned equipment is maintained and in working order
- Continuous learning of the processes and mechanics of the lines
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business
