Posiflush Fillroom Operator - D Shift

Fillroom operator will work in a clean room producing Posiflush syringes by overseeing the machine, performing quality checks, cleaning the area and working with the team to manufacture quality product at the specified rate. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function.

Ability to read, write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.

• Perform all tasks in assigned operations and operate equipment at a rate equal to or above established standards while maintaining all quality and GMP standards.
• Continuously monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
• Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity.
• Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
• Assist line technicians with equipment repair or troubleshooting.
• Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and follow GMP requirements.
• Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required.
• Communicate with utilities or department scheduling group to maintain minimal material inventory levels.
• Work as a team member to develop optimal task methods.
• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Three years manufacturing experience required in lieu of High School diploma/GED.

• None required.

• Ability to keep and maintain detailed documentation/communication - Proficient.
• Teamwork – Proficient.
• Organization skills - Basic.
