• Perform high‑quality MIG welding, delivering strong, clean welds that meet specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Follow strict safety protocols and welding codes to maintain a safe work environment.
• Inspect and repair welded joints or components as needed.
• Collaborate closely with co‑workers, maintenance, and engineering to complete jobs on time.

• Proven experience as a welder (certifications a plus).
• Solid understanding of welding tools, machines, and materials.
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and position heavy materials safely.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality; willingness to learn and adapt.
