Position: Quality Technician (Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5:55AM - 6:00PM)

Overview

We are looking for a Quality SPC Technician to join our team.

What will you do in this role?
  • Conduct analysis of in‑process materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Test products following prescribed methods, record results, and take appropriate action.
  • Create, maintain, and utilize statistical process control (SPC) charts to analyze test results.
  • Maintain test data, create inspection reports, collect product samples, and issue certificates of analysis (COA).
  • Analyze data using statistical methods for customer specification development.
  • Work with operations to create products that meet customer requirements while supporting the flow of the value stream.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing methodology and identify areas for improvement to implement new methods.
  • Conduct necessary audits at prescribed frequencies (SPC SG dialogs/audits, EX/DE, NDC, static audits).
What does it take to be successful?
  • Associate’s / Technical degree or above, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn an ERP system.
  • Ability to read/write written work instructions, good basic math skills, high attention to detail, and some testing experience a plus.
  • Commitment to high safety standards and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Willingness to report potential improvements.
