Quality SPCSG Technician
Location:
Columbus, NE plant.

We are looking for a Quality SPC Technician to join our team.
What will you do in this role?- Conduct analysis of in‑process materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Test products following prescribed methods, record results, and take appropriate action.
- Create, maintain, and utilize statistical process control (SPC) charts to analyze test results.
- Maintain test data, create inspection reports, collect product samples, and issue certificates of analysis (COA).
- Analyze data using statistical methods for customer specification development.
- Work with operations to create products that meet customer requirements while supporting the flow of the value stream.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing methodology and identify areas for improvement to implement new methods.
- Conduct necessary audits at prescribed frequencies (SPC SG dialogs/audits, EX/DE, NDC, static audits).
- Associate’s / Technical degree or above, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn an ERP system.
- Ability to read/write written work instructions, good basic math skills, high attention to detail, and some testing experience a plus.
- Commitment to high safety standards and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Willingness to report potential improvements.
- Day shift:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. - Three weeks paid time off plus eleven paid holidays, including one floating holiday.

Salary range for this in‑person position is $17.49 - $29.15 per hour (regional variations apply).
