• Responsible for operating equipment in department safely and producing quality products per documentation.
• Perform quality checks, changeovers, SAP data entries, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Willing and able to uphold BD Values.

• Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, which includes product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements, and clean room area and equipment cleaning/sanitizing.
• Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Perform changeovers, line clearance, and cleaning.
• Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment.
• Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks.
• Perform rework and cross‑train where needed within the department to support the business.
• Maintain all quality and GMP standards and perform needed SAP data entries.
• May require the use of a 10× microscope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges.
• Participate on blitz teams as assigned.
• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years of manufacturing experience is required.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience with MES preferred.
• Previous experience with precision measuring instruments preferred.

• Work effectively on own or in a team atmosphere – Proficient.
