Produce quality Posiflush syringes at the established goal for each line while maintaining a clean and compliant work area and equipment. Perform quality checks, troubleshoot equipment, and support line efficiency through teamwork and process improvements.

• Assignments may be in ISM/Sterilizer/Inspection, Plunger Rod/Flow Wrappers, Multi Vac/Case Pak.
• Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
• Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity.
• Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
• Assist line technicians or setter/operators with equipment repair or troubleshooting.
• Keep machinery, work area, and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements.
• Perform quality inspections, process tests, and record data accurately as required.
• Communicate with utilities or department scheduling group to maintain minimal material inventory levels.
• Work as a team member to develop optimal task methods.
• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• In lieu of a High School diploma/GED, two years of manufacturing experience is required.
• No experience required.

• Ability to keep and maintain detailed documentation/communication – Proficient.
• Teamwork – Proficient.
• Organization skills – Basic.

PCP Level:
3. Minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week is required for most roles. Remote or field‑based positions will have different arrangements. Vaccination against COVID‑19 may be required depending on location.
